We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a full refund on all products returned to us within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund, please ensure that the item(s) are returned in their original undamaged condition and packaging.

Checking Your Order

Returning Goods
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a unique returns authorization number and detailed instructions to facilitate the return process.

When returning the item, please ensure it is securely packaged and include a copy of your receipt. If you no longer have your receipt, kindly include a note in the package with your name, address, and order number.

Obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending the item back to us. It’s your responsibility to ensure the item reaches our warehouse safely, so please use a delivery service that provides insurance coverage for the value of the goods.

Refund Process
We will issue a refund for the returned item(s) upon receipt and inspection. The refund will be processed via the original method of payment.

Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team immediately with your order number, details of the faulty item, and a description of the fault. We’ll arrange for a replacement item to be sent out as soon as possible. Please refrain from returning damaged items until you’ve received further instructions from our customer services team.

Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) and place a new order for your preferred items. Our customer care team is available seven days a week to assist you with the returns process and placing a new order.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your online order up to 14 days after receiving it. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we will refund the full amount, including any postage and packing charges incurred.
